Q1. Why are there so many samples available for sales?
A1. As we bought the sample from one of the biggest importers for branded cosmetics, therefore we can buy these good in bulk at low price and sell them at promotional price. However these items are limited, is best to buy early to avoid disappointment.

Q2. Why you can sell at low price?
A2. As the importer has direct network connection with our manufactured-goods country, they are able to save on all unnecessary cost incurred during the cause of shipment.Therefore we can buy the sample size products at lower price and sell to consumers in price much cheaper than market.

Q3. How can you convince me that your product is new and genuine?
A3. Batch code is found printed on all products. It identifies and indicates the manufactured date of the product. If you wish to clarify the manufactured date of the product, please do not hesitate to contact us or visit any of the cosmetics counter available at the departmental store. Expiration date of the product is usually three (3) years from the manufactured date.

Q4. Why choose sample size?
A4. Price of the sample size is definitely lower than the normal size. Good news for travellers. Sample size is light to carry and minimize space in the luggage bag. Our sample size qualifies for hand-carry in the airplane, especially the volume in each of our sample size bottle contain less than 100ml.
(Requirement by Airline Regulation Of Singapore is “Each bottle must not carry a quantity more than 100ml for hand-carry into the airplane”.

Example of Facial Treatment Cleanser:
Sample size: 20g per pc x 6pcs = 120g Cost = RM90.00
Normal size: 120g per pc x 1pc = 120g Cost = RM135.00

Cost Saving for same quantity but in different size = RM45.00 or 34% less

The above illustration shows that we can buy double or triple the quantity with the same amount of purchasing power.
