| How Do I Place An Order? (The process is quick and easy!).
What makes us different from other online shop?
- We update customers on shipment status from time to time, NOT customers chasing for us to know the status!
Step 1:
Add the items of your choice to your “Add to Cart”
Step 2:
Make sure the quantity column of each item is correct. If you change the quantity or remove of any items, remember to click the “Update” button and allow the page to refresh.
Step 3:
If you have not log in as member, please login now to proceed by entering your email address & password; clicks on “Sign In” button. For non ywaste member please clicks on “Continue” button at “I am new customer” section to register as member. (registration is free).
Step 4:
Review your order to make sure the information is correct. Click the "Change Address" button to edit the billing address; add comment on your order if necessary. Clicks “Continue” button
Step 5:
Clicks “Continue” button again.
Step 6:
Click the “Confirm Order” button to confirm purchase.
Step 7:
Clicks on “Continue” button to complete the order.
Step 8:
You will receive an “Order Process” email from Ywaste Management right after you have completed step 7.Please check your email account
Step 9:
Ywaste Management will SMS/ call you the delivery charge.

Step 11:
Once you have made the payment, kindly inform Ywaste Management the (1.) Reference number, (2.) Time you make the payment & (3.) Total amount by either one of the method below:
1. SMS to +6012-7529376
2. Email to cust_service@ywaste.net
Step 12:
Ywaste Management will get back to you on the payment received by either SMS or email.
Step 13:
Ywaste Management will ship out the products within 48 hours. Official receipt will be placed inside the parcel to client.
Step 14:
Shipment tracking number & parcel arrival date will be SMS/ email to customer immediately we ship out the products.
Step 15:
Ywaste Management will follow up with client on the parcel arrival date to know whether client has receives the parcel. If not receive, Ywaste Management will follow up with the delivery party and update client on the shipping status via SMS or email.
Step 16:
Ywaste Management will SMS/ email client to get the feedback on the products purchased.
