II. YWaste MEMBERSHIP
1. Applications are open to aged 18 years and above.
2. Annual membership fee not applicable.
3. In the event that YWaste membership expires or is cancelled (whether the cancellation is made by YWaste.net or not), all points will be considered null and void.
4. Members must check through the said particulars before every transaction to ensure that spending amount is recorded.
5. The YWaste member is not transferable and is exclusively use for the account holder.
6. YWaste.net reserves the right to use and utilize the database information for marketing purposes.
7. YWaste.net reserves the right to decline the issuance of or withdraw the YWaste member at any time or terminate membership as and when necessary without notice.
8. YWaste.net reserves the right to suspend or terminate the programme at any time it deems necessary. In such a case, YWaste.net shall give advance notice to members in the manner YWaste.net deems appropriate.
9. YWaste.net reserves the right to omit, add or amend the YWaste membership Terms and Conditions with no prior notice. Any new or amended regardless will always override the existing YWaste membership Terms and Conditions.
